Request Full Compliance PackOur three pillars
of eco-infrastructure.
Environmental performance is tracked monthly, disclosed annually, and available for buyer review. These are operational commitments — not aspirational.
Zero liquid. Maximum accountability.
Our dyeing and finishing facilities operate on a fully closed-loop Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system — 100% of process water is treated, recycled, and re-used on-site. No effluent reaches municipal waterways. Our 3.2MW rooftop solar installation currently covers 60% of facility energy demand, with a 2027 target of 90% renewable across all production units.
- Closed-loop ZLD effluent treatment — TNPCB compliant and beyond
- 3.2MW rooftop solar array — 60% facility energy coverage
- Rainwater harvesting: 18 million litres annual collection capacity
- LED lighting and heat-recovery systems across all production bays
- Carbon footprint audited and disclosed in annual ESG report
Fibres chosen with intent.
We source and process certified sustainable fibres across four major programmes: GOTS-certified organic cotton (OCS chain of custody), Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) for transitional supply, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) recycled polyester and recycled cotton, and TENCEL™ / Modal lyocell fibres from responsible closed-loop production. Every fibre choice is traceable to origin.
- GOTS-certified organic cotton — OCS transaction certificates per shipment
- BCI Cotton sourcing for conventional cotton programmes
- GRS-certified recycled polyester (rPET) and recycled cotton blends
- TENCEL™ Modal and Lyocell — closed-loop LENZING-licensed production
- Fibre traceability documentation: origin certificates on request
Cutting waste before cutting fabric.
Our CAD-driven nesting software optimises marker efficiency to reduce fabric wastage to under 8% — versus an industry average of 15–18%. Fabric offcuts are segregated by fibre type and sold to certified rag-recycling partners. Polybag and carton waste is baled and collected by certified recyclers. We target zero-to-landfill across all production waste streams by 2026.
- CAD nesting optimisation: fabric utilisation ≥92% across all markers
- Fibre-segregated fabric scrap sold to certified rag-recycling mills
- Polybag reduction: transitioning to 80% recycled-content poly by 2025
- Cardboard, paper, and foam packaging baled for certified collection
- Annual waste audit by Bureau Veritas — data disclosed in ESG report
Human-Centric
Manufacturing.
Behind every shipment is a workforce of 5,200 people — most of them women from Tirupur's surrounding communities. We believe the garments we produce for global brands carry a responsibility to the hands that make them. Our labour practices are not minimum-compliance — they are a competitive standard.
Six pillars of human-centric manufacturing
Fair Wages & Hours
Base wages exceed Tamil Nadu statutory minimums by a verified 22%, independently calculated by Bureau Veritas. Overtime is voluntary, capped at ILO standards, and compensated at legally mandated premium rates.
Health, Safety & Welfare
Zero-accident policy supported by bimonthly safety drills, certified fire suppression systems, ergonomic workstation audits, and a fully staffed on-site medical centre available to all employees and their immediate family members.
Healthcare & Wellbeing
On-site medical clinic, group health insurance, and subsidised childcare. Annual health screenings for all employees. Mental health support programme launched in 2024 in partnership with iCall India.
Female Empowerment
68% of our workforce are women. Leadership development programmes have promoted 140 women into supervisory and managerial roles since 2020. Dedicated anti-harassment policy and an anonymous grievance redressal mechanism.
Prohibition of Forced & Child Labour
Zero tolerance enforced through biannual SMETA audits, continuous Sedex monitoring, and a mandatory under-18 age verification protocol at recruitment. Supply chain Tier 2 and Tier 3 screening conducted annually.
Community Investment
Annual CSR spend of ₹1.8Cr across Tirupur district — vocational training centres, school infrastructure grants, and water access projects in 6 surrounding villages. Reported under MCA21 Schedule VII.
